Brittany Diederich

Brittany Diederich is Director of Finance and Administration at Industrial Builders, Inc., a heavy/highway contractor based in West Fargo, ND. Her areas of responsibilities include payroll, human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract administration, and IT. Brittany is also a part of the ownership team, which involves her in whatever issues are necessary to keep the ball rolling for the whole business.

Brittany has helped to start the North Dakota Construction Leadership Council, a network for up-and-coming construction leaders, and currently serves as President. She also serves on North Dakota State University’s Construction Management & Engineering Industry Advisory Committee, the board of the North Dakota Chapter for Associated General Contractors of America, and CFMA’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
